Reinoud Botman joined Oranje-Nassau Energie in April 2015 and has previously 6 years industry experience in Statoil, Norway. He has an MSc in Petroleum Geology from the Free University Amsterdam. Reinoud has held several technical positions in the exploration department in Statoil both in Stavanger and Oslo. He has extensive experience in seismic interpretation, prospect evaluation, estimating subsurface uncertainties and well planning/operations. He started as a licence geologist in the Norwegian North Sea where he later became a team leader. Afterwards he worked as a geoscientist/project leader on operated exploration blocks in the South Caspian Sea and on a regional screening project/play analyses in the Western Gulf of Mexico. His current responsibilities in ONE include the maturation of new drilling targets and well planning in the Dutch offshore.
